My journey into consulting began in 2016 when I partnered with a growing startup and discovered a passion for helping small business owners build intentional, people-centered organizations. That experience sparked a deeper academic and professional pursuit of what drives every thriving business its people.
With a Ph.D. in Business Psychology and HR leadership experience across industries like healthcare, legal, aerospace, tech, clean energy, and transportation, I’ve supported clients ranging from brand-new businesses to late-stage startups preparing for IPO. Whether I’m designing scalable HR infrastructure, implementing people tech, or creating career pathing frameworks, my approach is grounded, strategic, and always customized to the client's needs.
